Fair Hours (Gates)

• Sunday, July 24th: 12pm – 11pm
• Monday, July 25th – Saturday, July 30th: 8am – 11pm

Office Hours

Fair Entries

Entries may be made by mail or at the Secretary’s Office located in the Blue Building near the main entrance of the fairgrounds. Entries not postmarked by their respective deadlines will not be accepted.

The Secretary’s Office will be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays to accept entries from 11am – 3pm on the following dates:

• May 17th – June 11th
• Closed May 28th

The Secretary’s Office will be open Tuesdays & Thursdays to accept entries from 11am – 3pm on the following dates:

• June 14th – July 7th

Fair Week

The Secretary’s Office will be open from 9am – 5pm on the following dates prior to and during the fair.

• Friday, July 8th – Saturday, July 9th
• Friday, July 15th – Saturday, July 16th

Entry Deadlines

All entries must be received by the Secretary’s Office by 5pm on the designated day of their deadline or they will not be accepted.

Jr. Fair

• Deadline: Saturday, June 11th, 3PM

Sr. Fair Livestock (Departments 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6)

• Deadline: Saturday, July 9th, 5PM

Sr. Fair Farm/Garden, Culinary, Grange, Flowers, Arts & Crafts, and Fine Arts

• Deadline: Saturday, July 16th, 5PM
