Entry Deadlines
Livestock: All entries for livestock (Departments
1,2,3,4, & 6) must be received by the Secretary's
Office by 5:00 P.M., Saturday, July 5th, 2008
Farm/Garden, Culinary, Grange, Flowers, Arts &
Crafts, and Fine Arts: All entries must be received by
the Secretary's Office by 5:00 P.M., Saturday, July
12th, 2008.

Office Hours For Fair Entries
Entries may be made by mail or at the Secretary's
Office located in the Blue Building near the front
entrance of the fairgrounds. All entries not
postmarked by their respective deadlines will not be
accepted.
The Secretary's Office will be open to accept entries
from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. on the following dates:
Thursday, July 3rd
Saturday, July 5th
Friday, July 11th
Saturday, July 12th

Fair Office Hours
The Secretary's Office will be open from 9 A.M. to 5
P.M. the week prior to fair on the following dates:
Wednesday, July 16th
Thursday, July 17th
Friday, July 18th
Saturday, July 19th
The Secretary's Office will be open from 9 A.M. to 5
P.M. during the week of fair and from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.
Sunday, July, 27th.

Commerical Spaces & Premiums
All commercial spaces must be paid before July 1,
2008 or space will not be reserved. Commercial
exhibitors may pick up their passes during office
hours July 16th-July 19th.
If possible, premium checks will be ready at the
Secretary's Office after 1 P.M. on Friday, July 26th
during the fair. Premium checks that are not picked up
will be mailed.
ALL CHECKS GIVEN AT THE FAIR MUST BE
CASHED WITHIN 30 DAYS OR WILL BE

Wristbands
Junior Fair participants and advisors will wear
wristbands as a form of security and admission onto
the fairgrounds. To obtain a wristband, advisors and
Junior Fair participants must go to the fairgrounds on
the following dates and times:
Wednesday, July 16th
10 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Junior Fair Office
Thursday, July 17th
9 A.M. to 12 P.M. at the Junior Fair Office
Friday, July 18th
9 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Junior Fair Office
Saturday, July 19th
9 A.M. to 7 P.M. at the Blue Building
Once the wristband is put on by Fair Board staff, it
must stay on all week or as long as you plan on
attending the fair. If a wristband is cut, taped,
stretched, or pried, it will not be honored at the gate
and admission will be charged. All replacement
wristbands will cost $10.00. No hand stamps will be
issued. Only one wristband per eligible member and
advisor. Your name must appear on approved list.
Wristbands will only be given out on days and times
above. If unable to meet the above time frame,
contact the Fair Board treasurer or staff prior to fair to
make arrangements.
